My frustration with cooking!

Is it the different climate? Different kitchen? Going organic? I don’t know what to pin it on, but meals that I used to cook in Florida that were yum yum tasty suddenly are tasteless in California. Three times now my man has had to come and save the day by adding all sorts of spices to the pitiful meal. He’s prevented all but one from being tossed in the trashed. It’s getting old. I’m getting frustrated. Grrrr….
